RMail Version 1.0 

RMail Version 1.0 -  is software application developed by for automating sending out email reports written in R and Sweave.  Software developers were Dean Yergens and John Ray. 

Installation

  • Download the RMail.exe program and install as normal.
  • Ensure you have R 2.9.2 or higher
  • Install the svSweave package
  • Install rTools.  (http://www.murdoch-sutherland.com/Rtools/)
  • Install MikTek (www.miktex.org)
  • Alter system path (PATH=) to include:
    • c:\program files (x86)\R\R-2.11.1\bin
    • c:\RTools\bin
    • c:\MikTeX\miktex\bin
  • note: when using RMail the style sheet sweave.sty must be in the same directory as the reports rnw file.
Request a License Key - email  dyergens@gmail.com with the Installation ID.  Go to Help > Register and copy the Installation ID (it should look similar to 45G9-6672-345E-3DF4).  A Registration Key will be emailed back to you (they are valid for a certain period of time).
